Saturn Award ceremony 2013

The 39th Saturn Award ceremony took place on June 26, 2013. Significant changes were the introduction of the Best Independent Film category and the first embedding of the thriller genre in the Best Horror Film category while at the same time being removed from the Best Action / Adventure Film category .

The most successful production with four awards was Marvel's The Avengers .
