The 50th Military World Ski Championships took place from March 31 to April 5, 2008 in Hochfilzen and Fieberbrunn in Austria . The host was the Austrian Armed Forces . The cross-country skiing, patrol and biathlon competitions took place in the cross-country skiing and biathlon center in Hochfilzen . The giant slalom competition was held in Fieberbrunn.
