(from 1789), Count von Blücher (from 1812) and Neckel (1850–1945). The manor house, which is essentially baroque , has often been converted, most recently in 1998 to a hotel. The place was incorporated on July 1, 1950.
In Drewitz had Erich Mielke 1982 Erich Honecker built a hunting lodge with a thatched boathouse on Lake Drewitz. In 1998 this property was privatized and turned into a holiday complex. Today this facility is operated as the Drewitz nature resort by the Dutch hotel chain Van der Valk .
