Frank L. Gardner was a French manufacturer of automobiles .

Company history

The Frank L. Gardner company from Rue Stendhal in Paris began producing automobiles in 1898. Production ended in 1900 when Frank L. Gardner moved to Serpollet . There was no connection with the Gardner Motor Company .

Initially, a model based on a design by Charles W. James with a single-cylinder engine and power transmission via belts was offered. There was also the 12 CV racing car with a two-cylinder engine , for which a maximum speed of 60 km / h was specified.
