• Berlin / Germany : The foundation stone of the Austrian Embassy in Berlin is laid.
• Kumanovo / Macedonia : At the military airport near Kumanovo Svetozar Marjanovic, signed General of the Army of Yugoslavia , Police General Obrad Stevanovic and British General Mike Jackson , the ceasefire agreement of Kumanovo . • Strasbourg / France : The four-day election to the European Parliament ends. The conservative EPP-ED party holds the most seats with 233 out of 626.
