Mouchès ( Gascon : Moishers) is a French municipality with 75 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (2015 Midi-Pyrénées ); it belongs to the Arrondissement of Mirande and the municipality of Cœur d'Astarac en Gascogne . The residents call themselves Mouchésiens / Mouchésiennes .

geography

Mouchès is about five kilometers north of Mirande and 17 kilometers southwest of Auch in the south of the Gers department. The community consists of hamlets, numerous scattered settlements and individual farmsteads. The river Baïse forms the western boundary of the municipality.

Neighboring communities are L'Isle-de-Noé in the north-west, north and north-east, Lamazère in the east, Miramont-d'Astarac in the south-east, Mirande in the south and Estipouy in the south-west and west.
