L'Isle-de-Noé (formerly L'Isle-Arbéchan ; Gascon : L'Isla ) is a French municipality with 543 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Gers in the region Occitania (before 2016: Midi Pyrénées ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Mirande and is part of the canton of Pardiac-Rivière-Basse (until 2015: canton of Montesquiou ).

L'Isle-de-Noé is located about 16 kilometers west-southwest of Auch on the Baïse River . L'Isle-de-Noé is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Mirannes in the north and north-west, Barran in the north and north-east, Saint-Jean-le-Comtal in the east, Lamazère in the south and south-east, Mouchès in the south, Estipouy in the south and south-west as well Montesquiou to the west.
