Saint-Médard ( Sent Mesard in Occitan ) is a French commune with 327 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Gers department in the Occitanie region (before 2016 Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Mirande and the canton of Mirande-Astarac (until 2015 Mirande ). The inhabitants are called Saint-Médardais .
