The 2015 Critics' Choice Television Awards were presented by the Broadcast Television Journalists Association (BTJA) on May 31, 2015 at the Beverly Hills Hotel in Beverly Hills , California . The nominations were announced on May 6, 2015. Programs that were broadcast in prime time in the period from June 1, 2014 to May 31, 2015 were taken into account . In the United States, the ceremony was broadcast live on A&E . The event was moderated by Cat Deeley .
