List of wind turbines in Saxony

The list of wind turbines in Saxony provides an overview of the installed wind turbines in the state of Saxony , with a focus on the installed wind farms . Locations with three or more systems are considered wind parks. Systems with a steel lattice tower are marked in italics . Since new wind turbines are constantly being built and dismantled with or without repowering , this list does not claim to be complete; it shows the status from the end of 2019. The database is the interactive map from Arcgis.

In 2016, renewable energy sources (sun, wind, hydropower, biogas, biomass) covered around 33% of Saxony's gross electricity demand.
