Bouchavesnes Mountains is a French municipality with 291 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . It belongs to the Arrondissement of Péronne and the Canton of Péronne .

The parish was only called Bouchavesnes until 1920 . In the First World War completely destroyed, it was partly at the expense of the Norwegian entrepreneur Haakon Wallem and the city of Bergen rebuilt. Out of gratitude, Bouchavesnes added his name to the current form.
