Moulines is a French municipality with 303 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Calvados in the region of Normandy . It belongs to the arrondissement of Caen and the canton of Thury-Harcourt . The inhabitants are known as Moulicinfoliens .
geography
Moulines is about 17 kilometers north-northwest of Falaise . The community is surrounded by
- Barbery in the north,
- Saint-Germain-le-Vasson to the northeast and east,
- Fontaine-le-Pin in the southeast,
- Cesny-les-Sources with Tournebu in the south, Acqueville in the southwest and Cesny-Bois-Halbout in the west,
- Fresney-le-Vieux in the north-west.
