Raucourt is a French commune with 219 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Nancy and the canton Entre Seille et Meurthe (until 2015: Canton Nomeny ).

The municipality of Raucourt is ten kilometers east of Pont-à-Mousson on the border with the Moselle department .

history

From 1871 to 1914, Raucourt was a French border town to Germany on the road from Nomeny to Metz .
