Forcelles-Saint-Gorgon in the north of the Saintois countryside is about 27 kilometers south-southwest of Nancy . Forcelles-Saint-Gorgon is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Quevilloncourt in the north, Tantonville in the east and northeast, Praye in the south, Chaouilley in the southwest and Vroncourt in the west.
