geography

Gerbécourt-et-Haplemont is in the east of the Saintois countryside , about 25 kilometers south of Nancy . The Madon limits the community in the east. Gerbécourt-et-Haplemont is surrounded by the neighboring communities Clérey-sur-Brenon in the north and north-west, Ceintrey in the north, Lemainville in the north-east, Ormes-et-Ville in the east, Haroué in the south-east, Affracourt in the south, Tantonville in the south and south-west as well Omelmont to the west.
