Dommartin-sous-Amance is about seven kilometers northeast of Nancy city center on the Amezule . Dommartin-sous-Amance is surrounded by the neighboring communities Bouxières-aux-Chênes in the north, Laître-sous-Amance in the east, Seichamps in the south, Essey-lès-Nancy in the south-west, Agincourt in the west and Eulmont in the north-west.
