Chenicourt is a French commune with 227 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Nancy and the canton Entre Seille et Meurthe (until 2015: canton Nomeny ).

Chenicourt is about 21 kilometers north-northeast of Nancy on the Seille , which borders the municipality in the east. Chenicourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Létricourt in the north and northeast, Aulnois-sur-Seille in the east, Ajoncourt in the south and southeast, Arraye-et-Han in the south and Jeandelaincourt in the west and southwest.
