Rouves is a French commune with 102 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Nancy and the canton Entre Seille et Meurthe (until 2015: canton Nomeny ).

location

Rouves is located about 29 kilometers south-southeast of Metz on the Seille , which borders the municipality in the south-west. Rouves is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Éply in the north and north-west, Raucourt in the north-east, Nomeny in the south and east, Clémery in the west and south-west and Port-sur-Seille in the west.
