Jezainville (also: Jézainville ) is a French commune with 960 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Nancy and the Canton of Pont-à-Mousson (until 2015: Canton Dieulouard ). The inhabitants are called Jézainvillois .

geography

Jezainville is about 14 miles north-northwest of Nancy . The Esch flows through the municipality . Jezainville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Montauville in the north, Blénod-lès-Pont-à-Mousson in the east, Dieulouard in the south-east, Griscourt in the south, Gézoncourt in the south-west and Martincourt in the west and south-west.

The municipality is located in the Lorraine Regional Nature Park .
