Mangonville in the north of the Saintois countryside is about 25 kilometers south-southeast of Nancy on the Canal des Vosges . The Moselle flows to the east . Mangonville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Roville-devant-Bayon in the north, Virecourt in the east and northeast, Bainville-aux-Miroirs in the south, Leménil-Mitry in the west and Laneuveville-devant-Bayon in the north-west.
