Houdelmont in the Saintois countryside is about 20 kilometers south-southwest of Nancy . Houdelmont is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Xeuilley in the north, Pierreville in the east and northeast, Autrey in the east, Houdreville in the south, Parey-Saint-Césaire in the west and southwest and Thélod in the west and northwest.
