Malzéville is a French commune in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Nancy and is the capital of the canton of Saint-Max (until 2015: canton of Malzéville ). The place has 8125 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017).
