Vaudeville is a French commune with 157 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). The municipality is part of the Nancy arrondissement and the Pays du Saintois municipality . The inhabitants are called Vaudevillois .

geography

Vaudeville is in the east of the Saintois countryside on the Madon River , about 38 kilometers south of Nancy . The Madon limits the community to the west. Vaudeville is surrounded by the neighboring communities Haroué in the north and northwest, Crantenoy in the north and northeast, Leménil-Mitry in the east, Lebeuville in the southeast, Vaudigny in the south, Xirocourt in the southwest and Affracourt in the west.
