Champenoux is a French commune with 1,415 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (before 2016: Lorraine ). It belongs to the Arrondissement of Nancy and the Canton of Grand Couronné (until 2015: Canton Seichamps ).

Champenoux is located about 13 kilometers east-northeast of Nancy and is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Amance in the north and northwest, Mazerulles in the east and northeast, Erbéviller-sur-Amezule in the east, Réméréville in the south and southeast, Velaine-sous-Amance in the west and southwest as well Laneuvelotte to the west.

The municipality's train station is on the Champigneulles – Sarralbe railway line .
