Lenoncourt is about nine kilometers east-southeast of Nancy . Lenoncourt is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Cerville in the north, Buissoncourt in the east and north-east, Varangéville in the south, Art-sur-Meurthe in the west, Saulxures-lès-Nancy in the west and north-west and Pulnoy in the north-west.
