Bratte is a French commune with 44 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Meurthe-et-Moselle department in the Grand Est region (until 2015 Lorraine ). The municipality belongs to the arrondissement of Nancy and the canton Entre Seille et Meurthe (until 2015: canton Nomeny ).

Bratte is about 15 kilometers north-northeast of Nancy . Bratte is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Sivry in the north and west, Moivrons in the east and northeast, Villers-lès-Moivrons in the east, Montenoy in the southeast and Faulx in the south and southwest.
