Mazerulles is located about 13 kilometers east-northeast of Nancy and is surrounded by the neighboring municipalities of Brin-sur-Seille in the north, Moncel-sur-Seille in the east, Sornéville in the southeast, Erbéviller-sur-Amezule in the south, Champenoux in the west and southwest and Amance in the West.
