Cadeilhan-Trachère is a French commune with 39 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Hautes-Pyrénées department in the Occitanie region (previously Midi-Pyrénées ). It belongs to the arrondissement of Bagnères-de-Bigorre and to the canton of Neste, Aure et Louron (previously vielle-Aure ).

The municipality's capital is over 1000 m on the right slope of the Vallée d'Aure , through which the Neste d'Aure river runs. The place is about 50 km southeast of Lourdes . The community has an extremely low population density, partly due to its altitude.
The municipality is located west of the valley municipality of Saint-Lary-Soulan in the Pyrenees National Park . The ski area of this municipality is also partly in the municipality of Cadeilhan-Trachère.
