So that z. B. Greece servicing its loans abroad, because otherwise it would have to declare national bankruptcy as protection from its creditors. The money from the rescue package ends up in Greece first and the state then transfers it to its creditors.
- Frankfurt am Main / Germany : Last game day of the Bundesliga season 2009/10 . The champions are Bayern Munich ahead of Schalke 04 and Werder Bremen . Hertha BSC and VfL Bochum are relegated directly to the 2. Bundesliga , 1. FC Nürnberg has to go into relegation .
