The 77th ceremony of the Golden Globe Awards ( english 77th Golden Globe Awards ) took place on January 5, 2020 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills instead.

The members of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association (HFPA) honored what they consider to be the best American and foreign film and television productions as well as artists of the previous year, who are honored at a gala dinner.
