Loop is a municipality in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district in Schleswig-Holstein . Ellhorn and Looper Holz are in the municipality.

Geography and traffic

Loop is about eight kilometers north of Neumünster on both sides of the federal highway 7 between Flensburg and Hamburg on the edge of the Schönbeker Moor . There are very old trees in the municipality.

history

The 44 meter high Aalberg was removed in the 1920s. The Hindenburg dam to Sylt was raised from his material .
