Meezen is a municipality in the Rendsburg-Eckernförde district in Schleswig-Holstein . Nienhof, Waldhütten and Kuhlenstücke are in the municipality.
Geography and traffic
Meezen is located about 19 km west of Neumünster and 26 km south of Rendsburg in the Aukrug Nature Park . Northwest of Meezen, the federal highway 77 from Rendsburg to Itzehoe and the federal highway 430 from Neumünster in the direction of Meldorf cross .
The Mühlenbach flows through the community . The area is very wooded and has many bodies of water.
