history
From the 15th century on, Blumenholz belonged to the vassal family of Peccatel , one of the most powerful noble families of the Stargard rule from the 13th century. They had a manor in Weisdin. After Gotthard Carl Friedrich von Pickatell sold the estate to Duke zu Mecklenburg-Strelitz Adolf Friedrich IV ten years before his death, the latter also lived here for a time.
Usadel: Landowners / tenants were u. a. the families von Bredow (before 1806), Johann Friedrich Funck, Wendland (around 1820–1909), Neebe and Bremer. The manor house dates from around 1875 and was a residential and school house after 1945. It was renovated in 2002.
Weisdin: In 1740 the church, the manor house and almost the whole village burned down. The new manor house dates from 1747. The new, octagonal, baroque village church Weisdin was the manor chapel from after 1747. From the Middle Ages to 1762, the von Peccatel family owned the estate , then Duke Adolf Friedrich IV , who used the estate as a summer residence.
