Foulenay is a French commune in the Jura department in the region of Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the arrondissement of Lons-le-Saunier and the canton of Bletterans .

geography

There are small lakes in the municipality, including the Étang Belain and the Étang Roux .  A trunk road runs in the southwest with the D 468. The neighboring communities are Les Deux-Fays in the north, Champrougier in the northeast, Chemenot in the east, Le Villey in the southeast, Chaumergy in the south and La Chassagne in the west.
