To the east, the community area extends into the extensive wooded area of the Forêt de la Joux . The terrain rises gradually and extends to the edge of the plateau of the second Jura plateau ( 810 m ). The high plateau is subdivided by a dry valley that opens towards the north. On a ridge of the Forêt de la Joux in the far east of the municipality, the highest elevation of Supt is reached at 881 m .
Neighboring communities of Supt are Montmarlon and Lemuy in the north, Boujailles and Esserval-Tartre in the east, Chapois in the south and Andelot-en-Montagne in the west.
