Toulouse-le-Chateau is a French commune of 221 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Jura in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the arrondissement of Lons-le-Saunier and the canton of Bletterans . The neighboring communities are Monay in the north, Darbonnay in the east, Saint-Lamain in the south-east, Mantry in the south and Sellières in the west.

history

From 1790 to 1794 Toulouse took over the village of Fangy . In 1938 the place name was changed to Toulouse-le-Château .
