Vosbles-Valfin is a French municipality with 185 inhabitants (as of January 1 2017) in the department of Jura in the region Bourgogne Franche-Comté . It belongs to the arrondissement of Lons-le-Saunier and the canton of Moirans-en-Montagne .
It was created as Commune nouvelle with effect from January 1, 2018 through the amalgamation of the municipalities of Vosbles and Valfin-sur-Valouse , of which only Valfin-sur-Valouse received the status of a commune déléguée in the new municipality . the administrative headquarters are in Vosbles.

geography
Vosbles-Valfin is about 28 kilometers northeast of Bourg-en-Bresse . Vosbles-Valfin is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Dramelay in the north, Arinthod in the northeast, Genod , Saint-Hymetière , Chemilla and Lavans-sur-Valouse in the east, Cornod in the east and southeast, Thoirette-Coisia in the south, Aromas in the southwest, Charnod in the west as well as Montlainsia in the northwest.
