As one of the legal successors of the Deutsche Bundespost and the Deutsche Post of the GDR, Deutsche Telekom (DTAG) has numerous striking structures for the transmission of radio services of all kinds. The owner of the structures has been the DTAG subsidiary Deutsche Funkturm GmbH (DFMG) since 2002 . The broadcasting operations of the radio and television stations are carried out by the former DTAG subsidiary Media Broadcast , which Telekom sold at the end of 2007. The respective operator is responsible for the other radio services at the location ( mobile radio , directional radio , paging ).
