The Kremser Ersatzstraße ( B 333 ) (formerly also Kremser Bundesstraße ) is a former federal highway in Lower Austria . Originally developed as a Krems federal road, it led from St. Pölten via Kleinhain , Zagging , Rottersdorf , Weidling , Meidling , Hörfarth and Paudorf to Krems, and was later renamed Kremser Ersatzstraße with the planning of a high-level road connection between Krems and St. Pölten the Kremser Schnellstraße (S 33) replaced and abandoned in 1986.

Thereafter, the Kremser replacement road was taken over as state road 100 into the ownership of the state of Lower Austria.

The course of the abandoned road section can be seen in detail from the plan documents (plan no. B 333 / 60-85 on a scale of 1: 50000) available from the Federal Ministry of Buildings and Technology, the Office of the Lower Austrian Provincial Government and the municipalities concerned. "
