The Berchtesgaden road (B 160) is a country road in Austria . It leads over a length of 3 km from the Tauern Autobahn (A 10) to the state border to Germany , where it meets the federal highway 305 to Berchtesgaden .
history
The Berchtesgadener Straße was declared a federal highway in 1937 by a resolution of the state government. After the annexation of Austria , Berchtesgadener Strasse was run as part of Reichsstrasse 305 (today Bundesstrasse 305) until 1945 .
B160 | Like the other former federal highways, Berchtesgadener Strasse was part of the federal administration. Since April 1, 2002, it has been under state administration and continues to have the B in the number, but not the name Bundesstraße. |
