The Weitental road (B 216) is a country road in Austria . It leads over a length of 18 km through the valley of the Weitenbach in the Waldviertel . The road begins on the Danube near Melk and initially leads west past the Jauerling Nature Park before it ends at Pöggstall .
history
The Weitenegg-Zwettlerstraße heard since 1 January 1951 to the network of federal roads in Austria . Later the B 36 led through the Yspertal and the Weitental Straße became an independent main road.
