The Mauerkirchener Straße (B 142) is a state road in Austria . It connects Braunauer Strasse (B 147) with Altheimer Strasse (B 148) over a length of 12 km . The Mauerkirchener Straße leads through the Innviertel and is named after the market town of Mauerkirchen , the largest municipality on the route.

history

The upper Straße also included a southern section between Altheim and Uttendorf since April 1, 1948th This section has been run as an independent federal road since March 1, 1992.

 B142  Like the other former federal highways, Mauerkirchener Strasse was part of the federal administration. Since April 1, 2002, it has been under state administration and continues to have the B in the number, but not the name Bundesstraße.
