The Pass Thurn replacement road ( B 342 ) was a federal road B in Tyrol and was part of the planned Pass Thurn expressway (S 42). It began on the B 170 in Gundhabing (near Kitzbühel), where it was to join the S 42, and led to the B 161 Pass Thurn Strasse in Kitzbühel . After the expressway planning was abandoned in 1983, the B 342 was replaced by the extension of the Brixentalstraße (B 170), after a section of the route had been relocated to a new route as a federal highway in 1981.
