The Stegersbacher Straße (B 57a) is a state road in Austria . It runs over a length of 16.6 km from Stegersbach - Güssinger Straße (B 57) - to Rudersdorf near Fürstenfeld . It leads through the Lafnitz valley .
history
The Steger Straße heard since April 1, 1986 the network of federal roads in Austria . The northern section of the route between Stegersbach and Burgau has been part of the network of regional roads in Burgenland since July 1, 1926 as Burgauer Straße . The Kaltenbrunner Straße on the southern section between Rohrbrunn and Rudersdorf was declared a district road by an ordinance of the Burgenland state government of August 20, 1928. The middle section of the Burgauberg - Rohrbrunn route was straightened and expanded between 1994 and 1999.

B57a | Like the other former federal highways, Stegersbacher Strasse was part of the federal administration. Since April 1, 2002, it has been under state administration and continues to have the B in the number, but not the name Bundesstraße. |
