The Stegersbacher Straße (B 57a) is a state road in Austria . It runs over a length of 16.6 km from Stegersbach - Güssinger Straße (B 57) - to Rudersdorf near Fürstenfeld . It leads through the Lafnitz valley .

Stegersbacher Strasse B 57a

The Steger Straße heard since April 1, 1986 the network of federal roads in Austria . The northern section of the route between Stegersbach and Burgau has been part of the network of regional roads in Burgenland since July 1, 1926 as Burgauer Straße . The Kaltenbrunner Straße on the southern section between Rohrbrunn and Rudersdorf was declared a district road by an ordinance of the Burgenland state government of August 20, 1928. The middle section of the Burgauberg - Rohrbrunn route was straightened and expanded between 1994 and 1999.

 B57a  Like the other former federal highways, Stegersbacher Strasse was part of the federal administration. Since April 1, 2002, it has been under state administration and continues to have the B in the number, but not the name Bundesstraße.
