history

Vöcklabruck became the district capital in 1868 , so from the time of the monarchy there was still no designated direct connection between Ried and Vöcklabruck, primarily the streets via Ottnang and Wolfsegg, which were important for coal mining in Hausruck. The 50.9 km long Hausruckstraße between Ried and Gmunden was created in 1932 by renaming four different predecessor streets:

  • The Gmunden-Vöcklabrucker district road (16.9 km) between Gmunden and Vöcklabruck
  • The Vöcklabruck-Wolfsegger district road led from Vöcklabruck via Ottnang to Wolfsegg . The first 5.9 km of this road belonged to Hausruckstraße from 1932, the remaining 15 km to Altenhof were still referred to as Wolfsegger Straße .
  • The subsidized municipal road Ungenach - Zell am Pettenfirst - Ampflwang (8.0 km) led through the western coal mining area on the Hausruck, which had grown in importance after the First World War.
  • The Ried-Eberschwang-Schwanenstädter Bezirksstraße (18.7 km) originally ran from Ried to Schwanenstadt . The first 10.4 km of this street belonged to Hausruckstraße from 1932, the remaining 22.1 km to Schwanenstadt were called Tanzbodenstraße from 1932 .

The Aurolzmünsterer Straße between Antiesenhofen and Ried was declared a federal highway by ordinance of the federal government of June 9, 1933. Until 1938 the Aurolzmünsterer Straße was designated as B 47, after the connection of Austria the Aurolzmünsterer Straße was not listed as a Reichsstraße .

The Hausruckstraße , led by Antiesenhofen via Ried to Gmunden, belonged since 1 January 1949 to the network of federal roads in Austria .

The section between Gmunden and Vöcklabruck has been part of today's Salzkammergut Straße  (B 145) since 1971 , so that Hausruck Straße ends in Vöcklabruck on the B 1.

The federal roads were transferred to state competence in 2002, making the road Oberösterreichische Landesstraße.
