history

The name Königswiesener Straße was introduced in 1932 as a name for the 9.03 km long Königswiesen-Arbesbacher Bezirksstraße .

After the annexation of Austria , the Upper Austrian road network was reorganized according to the German model. On April 1, 1940, state road No. 30 was established. It linked four different streets:

  • the Riedmarkstraße between Gallneukirchen and Zell
  • the Zellhofer Straße between Zell and Mönchdorf
  • a section of the Greinerwaldstrasse, which led from Grein via Mönchdorf and Königswiesen to Freistadt
  • the Königswiesener Straße between Königswiesen and Arbesbach

On March 23, 1942, it was declared part of Reichsstraße 31 by a decree of the General Inspector for German Roads .

The Königswiesener street belongs since 1 January 1951 to the network of federal roads in Austria .
