history

The Donnerskirchener Straße between Donnerskirchen and Hof was declared a district street by an ordinance of the Burgenland state government of August 20, 1928.

After the annexation of Austria , this road was converted into a first order road on April 1, 1940 as part of the standardization of the road system and designated as LIO 71. With the entry into force of the Lower Austrian Road Act of July 12, 1956, the former district roads were converted into state roads and today's Mannersdorfer Strasse was designated as L 160 .

The men Straße belonged starting from 1 January 1972 to the network of federal roads in Austria . In 2002 it was transferred to the state administration.

Simultaneously with the opening of the Vienna outer ring expressway (S1), the Himberg bypass was opened in 2006 . Since then, a branch has been running as Moosbrunner Straße B15a from the Himberg-Süd roundabout to the L150 state road, which takes you to Moosbrunn .
