The Gänserndorfer road B220 is a country road B and former federal highway in the district of Gänserndorf in Lower Austria . It runs over a length of 18.1 km from Gänserndorf to Kollnbrunn and is accompanied by Weidenbach and the Gänserndorf – Mistelbach local railway .
Together with Staatzer Straße (B46) and Brünner Straße (B7) it creates the connection between the two district capitals Mistelbach and Gänserndorf.
history
The Gänserndorfer Straße originally led from Orth an der Donau via Gänserndorf to Kollnbrunn and from April 1st 1959 belonged to the network of federal highways in Austria . In 2002 it was transferred to the state administration.
