Bureau

The President and his three deputies were elected at the 2nd session on October 15, 1930. Until then, the senior president Carl Herold (center) chaired the meeting. After the NSDAP parliamentary group temporarily terminated its participation in the parliamentary work of the Reichstag in the 22nd session on February 10, 1931 and Vice-President Franz Stöhr had declared his resignation in a letter to the President of the Reichstag, the 24th session on 12th February 1931 DVP MP Siegfried von Kardorff, who held the office from 1928 to 1930, was elected as the new Vice President.
