2) The result includes 0.9 percentage points and four seats that were allotted to the joint election proposal by the Center and DHP in constituency 16.
3) The result includes 0.4 percentage points and two seats that were allotted to the joint election proposal by DDP and DVP in constituency 21.
4) The result includes a total of 1.7 percentage points and seven seats that were allotted to the joint nominations by DNVP and DVP in constituencies 18, 22 and 36.
5) The Braunschweig regional electoral association was formed by the regional associations there, the DVP and the DNVP as well as the economic unity list and the Welfisch-oriented Braunschweig-Lower Saxony party .

Bureau

The election of the Presidium of the National Assembly took place in the 2nd session on February 7th, 1919. Until then, Wilhelm Pfannkuch (SPD) , President of the Age, was the chair. Because of his appointment as Reich Minister without portfolio in the first Reich government of the “ Weimar Republic ” ( Scheidemann cabinet ), Eduard David resigned from the presidency a few days later on February 13, 1919. The next day, the National Assembly elected the previous Vice-President Constantin Fehrenbach as the new President; The SPD deputy Heinrich Schulz was elected to his now vacant vice-presidency. Because of his appointment as Undersecretary of State in the Reich Ministry of the Interior , Heinrich Schulz resigned his vice-presidency on July 14, 1919. In its 57th session on July 15, 1919, the National Assembly elected Paul Löbe (SPD) as his successor.
